Graham Ardern: Project Manger
Graham Ardern has extensive experience and training during his 12 years at Telecom New Zealand, where he gained a sound understanding in Telecommunications Technologies, Customer Support and General Knowledge of IT. During Graham’s time at Telecom NZ he experienced exchange network support, PABX Field Support and also managing Corporate Projects and Service Desk Support for Telecom NZ’s largest customers. Graham then joined the Interconnect Service area in the early days of telecommunication deregulation in New Zealand with the birth of Clear Communications and the deployment of the BellSouth mobile network. During his final years at TCNZ Graham completed his NZCE in telecommunications.
In Australia Graham has been with VoIP for almost 10 years and has been a hand’s on player supporting VoIP Pty Ltd. In more recent times Graham has developed and leads the project management office. As an accomplished Project Manager Graham has successfully managed large and complex project for VoIP and is well versed in the need to work closely with customers to develop trust and ensure quality project outcomes are achieved.
