Louise started working at VoIP in 2002 as a Service Desk Coordinator and since October 2006 she has been managing VoIP’s Human Resources, OHS and Quality Assurance.

Louise is now conducting VoIP’s internal QA audits in Queensland, Western Australia and Australian Capital Territory; ensuring our organization remains compliant to the ISO 9001:2008 standard, most importantly, ensuring our Quality Management System and the VoIP team achieve complete customer satisfaction with our end to end supplied service.
