Careers
Since the start of VoIP over ten years ago, we have grown into a nationally recognised company with strong partnerships through vendors and customers. As technologies have improved and so have the telecommunication choices for the business consumer. With the advancement of technologies the roles at VoIP have become more diverse and specialised, to cater for individual customer needs and requirements.
Training
VoIP is an organisation which prides itself on training our employees in the latest technology and new vendor releases to stay compliant with their certifications. We feel that by training our staff to support and understand current technological advancements we are putting VoIP in the forefront of vendor certification and market leadership.
We also feel that training and development is vital to having a successful company and therefore we have started a traineeship program in
New South Whales. For the last few years, VoIP have been bringing on three or more new trainees each year and developing them into engineers over a three year period. VoIP puts the trainees through TAFE, internal training and certified vendor training. By the end of their training course they are certified engineers. This program has been so successful in New South Wales that we have now started the program in Queensland and Victoria.
