Our managed customer service desk is active 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through a single point of contact. VoIP’s managed customer service desk is located in Australia and offers level 1 support to all customers.

VoIP employs customer friendly and strategically minded people to work in our managed customer service desk to help will all customer needs. Within our managed customer service desk we have a resource manager, service desk coordinator and 2IC who are readily available to assist with all service enquiries, faults or issues that may arise.
