VoIP Sales Conference 2010 - Rydges Tradewinds Cairns
In August 2010, Rydges tradewinds Cairns welcomed VoIP to their hotel. Situated in the heart of Cairns CBD and only minutes to the Esplanade, Rydges Tradewinds Hotel was a delightful experience. The Trinity conference room was spacious and it was an impeccable place to host our sales conference. The staff gave an excellent service to make sure everything was into place at the right time.
The outstanding customer service of the Rydges tradewinds made our stay in the hotel particularly exceptional. The lunches, buffets or dinners were always tasty, served on time and with quality.
The rooms were clean and spacious with beautiful views of sea and swimming pool from the balcony of all of the rooms.
We enjoyed the hotel swimming pool, spa and Jacuzzi under the sunny sky and the sea breezes of a tropical paradise: Cairns.
Every restaurant, bars or shop were just within walking distance from the hotel. We enjoyed a
very relaxing walk down the Esplanade with the sun rises over the Trinity Bay.
In addition to the magnificent hotel and great services, Rydges organized a kitchen challenge right on the side of the swimming pool. VoIP teams were divided into 5 groups and each group had their own kitchen. Each team had to choose from two main ingredients (Lamb and Salmon) and they choose from the superb pantry different ingredients such as vegetables, sauces, herbs... to create one of a kind dish and a masterpiece for each table.
The staff made sure that everything went smoothly, all the pantry and food were disposed very beautifully and we had plenty to choose from.
The hotel created a group of four judges to evaluate the winner of the challenge, and 3 chefs to help VoIP teams during the cooking process. Rydges staffs are professional, dedicated and thanks to their great help everything went very smoothly and to perfection.
VoIP enjoyed their stay at the Rydges Tradewinds Cairns, and will recommend it to any company who want great services, conferences and excited new challenge organized for them.
